About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in the IT Operations Management (ITOM) module to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance visibility, automation, and efficiency within our IT infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and administrators to deliver scalable and high-quality ServiceNow applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping, and Cloud Management.

  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.

  • Maintain and optimize CMDB data integrity and relationships across CI classes.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to automate infrastructure and operational processes.

  • Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and enhancements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM processes and configurations.

  • Develop custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and workflows aligned with best practices.

  • Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to operations and support teams.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.

  • Proven experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).

  • Strong understanding of CMDB structure, relationships, and data models.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM is a plus.


Nice to Have:

  • Background in infrastructure, networking, or systems administration.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery patterns and MID Server configurations.
