About the role

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who not only masters the craft of UX design but also has the drive and potential to lead others. You’ll play a key role in designing outstanding digital products — from discovery to delivery — while guiding teams and clients through the entire process.

This is a perfect opportunity for a hands-on expert who thrives on solving complex design challenges, enjoys mentoring others, and is ready to take ownership of both the product and the people behind it.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to align business goals with user needs, advocate for users throughout the product development process, and continuously refine experiences based on user feedback and metrics.

You should have a strong sense of ownership, as you’ll be responsible for the area you work on. This role involves translating complex regulations into user-friendly experiences and iterating based on feedback. You should be experienced in designing complex forms, data visualizations, and solutions that serve diverse user needs while meeting accessibility standards and security requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead UX workstreams within cross-functional project teams — from research and strategy to design and delivery

• Take complete ownership of the design process, ensuring solutions are user-centered, data-driven, and business-aligned

• Collaborate closely with clients, facilitating workshops and steering design discussions with confidence and clarity

• Mentor junior designers: conduct design reviews, share best practices, and set quality standards

• Partner with Project Managers and Product Owners to ensure project success — on time and at the highest quality

• Evaluate and challenge UI design quality; you don’t have to design UI, but you know what good looks like

• Drive workshops, discovery sessions, and design critiques with energy and purpose

• Act as the main point of contact for clients in your projects — building trust through expertise and ownership

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of experience in UX design (agency, consultancy, or product-side)

• Strong portfolio of commercial projects

• Proven experience as a UX Lead or Senior UX Designer leading end-to-end digital projects

• Experience managing designers in a structural sense (people leadership)

• Strong background in commercial product design across industries like tech, e-commerce, or startups

• Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar

• AI-First Mindset and Design Approach

• Background in product discovery, research, or design strategy

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills — you’re confident in client-facing roles

• Ability to take full ownership and accountability for project outcomes

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you take initiative, make decisions, and get things done

• Experience in fast-paced environments (startups, tech, or digital consultancies)

• Understanding of UI design quality, accessibility, and modern design systems

• Fluent in Polish and English (C1+)

Nice to have

• Experience in UX Audits would be a plus
