Who You Are:

  • You have strong experience working directly with ecommerce clients – not just one or two, but multiple, across different industries and organizational levels, including C-level executives and boards.

  • You’re confident in leading strategic conversations, facilitating workshops, and building genuine, long-term client relationships.

  • Your background is project-based and diverse – you haven’t spent your entire career in one company, but instead have delivered several meaningful projects in different environments.

  • Ideally, you’ve worked in agencies or consulting firms, but that’s not a must.

  • You bring excellent soft skills – you listen actively, manage expectations, communicate clearly, and translate business needs into actionable ideas.

  • You’re comfortable leading client workshops and creating and delivering compelling presentations.

  • You’re independent, proactive, and communicative, thriving in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.


What will you do?

  • Lead strategy in close collaboration with clients from various industries – from strategic workshops to final recommendations and presentations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings, helping clients define business goals and translate them into project directions.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, design, development, marketing) to deliver outstanding project outcomes.

  • Create presentations, reports, and materials that effectively communicate the value of proposed solutions.

  • Bring your expertise and perspective to enhance how we work with clients and contribute to our internal team culture.
