In this role, you will drive the platform’s strategy, scalability, and compliance while working with cloud and BI technologies (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Power BI). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver secure, data-driven solutions. We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract:UoP: 14 700 – 17 000 PLN gross/monthB2B: 125 – 145 PLN net/hour + VAT Responsibilities:Own and manage the product roadmap, balancing stakeholder needs with technical and strategic priorities;Drive scalability, automation, and cost efficiency while ensuring performance, security, and compliance;Ensure adherence to data governance policies, regulations, and internal standards;Facilitate PI planning and Agile ceremonies;Define and track KPIs to measure platform success and value;Act as the main contact point for stakeholders;Collaborate with Architects and Agile Leads to ensure timely deliveries;Manage team capacity and coordinate dependencies;Oversee platform incidents and implement proactive strategies.✅ You might be the perfect match if you are/have:5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role in a data/BI environment;Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure);Strong knowledge of BI platforms, data pipelines, and infrastructure;Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including Scrum ceremonies;Ability to define a vision, manage backlogs, prioritize, and align technical with business objectives;Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics for business stakeholders;Adaptability and a proactive approach in fast-paced, global, and diverse teams. Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Matillion, and Oracle;Experience or interest in DevOps practices and Data Engineering;Knowledge of security, cost optimization, KPI management, and data compliance in BI platforms;A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
