Twój zakres obowiązków
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the DACH region.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the FMCG industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of products and services.
  • Forecast sales volumes and manage the budget effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regional laws and regulations.
  • Participate in trade fairs and represent the company professionally.
  • Report regularly on sales performance and market insights.
Wymagania pracodawcy
  • A successful Export Manager for the DACH region should possess:
  • Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of the FMCG industry (experience in the private label sector is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German
  • A proven track record in sales and business development
  • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
