Your responsibilities:

conducting phone calls / e-mail /chat/ social – media correspondence,
supporting incoming and outgoing calls,
providing information on the product and service concerned,
collecting and processing orders both by phone and by e-mail and others form of contact,
helping to solve customers' problems and advising customers.
Our requirements:

excellent customer service skills,
knowledge of English at a communicative level (B1) and Czech at a C1 level, both spoken and written,
strong organizational skills and focus on details,
a problem-solving mindset.
