Full-time | B2B or Employment contract | Salary up to: 4000 USD | Hybrid (Warsaw – 3 days/week onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end product lifecycle for an AI-powered enterprise operations platform, from concept to release. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that align with the company’s mission to redefine enterprise performance through AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Roadmapping** – Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration** – Partner with engineering, design, QA, and marketing to drive successful product launches.

  • Project Management** – Support continuous improvement and best practices in product development, leveraging Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Customer & Market Research** – Conduct market analysis, identify customer needs and trends, and use insights to inform prioritization and strategy.

  • Execution & Delivery** – Own the roadmap and ensure timely, high-quality releases that meet business and technical objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical / Domain Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management

  • 1+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS/PaaS environments

  • Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira

Leadership / Collaboration:

  • * Proven ability to own product roadmaps and deliver measurable results

  • * Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

  • * Strong analytical mindset and ability to justify product decisions logically

  • Qualifications:

  • * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

  • * Proactive, organized, and passionate about AI-driven innovation
