Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer/Developer with deep expertise in building complex cloud-based solutions within the finance sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with technologies like Azure, Kubernetes, and FIS CD Trade Clearing applications, along with strong programming and scripting capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable cloud solutions using Azure and Kubernetes in a financial services environment.

  • Handle and enhance the FIS CD Trade Clearing application, focusing on middle office functional and technical solutions, including market connections and gateways.

  • Write clean, secure, and efficient code in Java and Python; scripting experience in PowerShell or Bash is highly desirable.

  • Apply SDLC standards, methods, and templates including code repository management, code inspection, and security practices (e.g., GitLab, Terraform).

  • Deliver stable and high-performing solutions that meet enterprise risk and compliance standards.

  • Develop and configure complex ETD middle office technical requirements aligned with firm-wide risk mandates.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

  • Build strong networks and partnerships through effective communication and active listening.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cloud technologies (Azure, Kubernetes) and financial applications (FIS CD Trade Clearing).

  • Proficiency in Java, Python, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).

  • Familiarity with SDLC practices and tools such as GitLab, Terraform.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise risk and compliance standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Technology, or a related field.
