Project

The project is a scalable, white-label ad platform used by major global publishers. It integrates AI-driven automation to enhance advertising transactions, targeting efficiency, and personalization. As part of this initiative, you’ll design AI architecture from the ground up, ensuring production-ready, scalable solutions.

Job Description

• Define an AI architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with product goals and engineering best practices

• Design, validate, and oversee the implementation of scalable, production-ready generative AI and agentic AI solutions (LLMs and AI agents)

• Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and quality assurance processes

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into the product ecosystem

• Ensure that technical decisions align with the budget, long-term vision, and business constraints

• Establish architectural quality criteria, metrics, and documentation.

• Mentor engineers on AI/ML best practices, code quality, and system design

• Promote the reuse of existing solutions and evaluate third-party tools when appropriate

• Apply MLOps practices for deployment, performance monitoring, and version control

• Stay up to date with AI trends, drive R&D initiatives, and represent the project’s AI direction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Architect or Senior Software Engineer with architecture responsibilities

• Proven experience with AI/ML systems, particularly in Generative AI (LLMs, image or text generation, and agentic systems)

• Deep knowledge of Python or Go, and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace)

• Experience in deploying and fine-tuning LLMs at scale

• Knowledge of transformer-based architectures

• Strong understanding of software design principles, the architecture lifecycle, and scalable distributed systems

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and MLOps practices

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Will be a plus:

• Previous experience leading AI architecture in a product development environment

• Background in AdTech or media publishing domain

• Experience with A/B testing, AI experimentation frameworks, and data pipelines

• Degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related field. A PhD is a plus
