On behalf of our Client, a global and fast-growing organization, we are looking for an experienced RTR Team Leader. The person in this role will lead the Record-to-Report team and oversee key General Ledger processes within a dynamic international environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the RTR team: workload planning, supporting development, and providing ongoing coaching.

  • Overseeing Record-to-Report processes, including General Ledger, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency of financial data with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Preparing financial reports and analysis for senior management.

  • Identifying areas for process improvements and participating in automation/transformation projects.

  • Collaborating with the Controlling team and other finance functions across the organization.

  • Supporting internal and external audit activities.


Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in RTR/GL, including experience in a leadership or senior coordinator role.

  • Strong understanding of Record-to-Report processes and period-end closing.

  • Very good command of MS Excel; experience with SAP/Oracle/other ERP systems is a plus.

  • English proficiency

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.

  • Well-developed leadership competencies: clear communication, feedback skills, team motivation.
