Position Overview:

For one of our partners, we are seeking a Prompt Engineer who will be responsible for Prompt Engineer with LLM. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.

Must have:

Candidate with 10+ yrs of experience over all IT

1. Proven experience (2+ LLM production projects) designing and deploying prompts in real-world applications.

2. Excellent understanding of prompts structure, contexts

3. Proficiency in Python, including experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering frameworks, and data manipulation tools (e.g. Pandas).

4. Experience with at least one fine-tuning or RAG pipeline implementation.

5. Familiarity with prompt evaluation tools, metrics (e.g., BLEU, ROUGE, semantic similarity), and human-in-the-loop validation.

6. Understanding of LLM-related security concerns, such as prompt injection, output filtering, and API limitations, output struturing

7. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex document requirements into actionable prompt logic.

8. Strong analytical mindset with attention to both high-level design and low-level output consistency.

GOOD TO HAVE JD SKILLS as below

9. Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation.

10. Exposure to tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

11. Prior work with OCR, NLP, or intelligent document processing (IDP) pipelines.
