Specialist, Risk ManagementMiejsce pracy: ŁódźYour responsibilities
  • Operational risk management in the bank;
  • Identification and assessment of operational risks in products, processes, projects and IT systems;
  • Identification of operational risk events and issuance of recommendations for process changes from risk perspective;
  • Development of tools and methods for managing operational risk and control function in the bank;
  • Development of methodology to provision’s (ECL) and capital requirements calculation;
  • Determination of the acceptable risk appetite level and concentration limits;
  • Portfolio quality monitoring.
Our requirements
  • An academic degree or equivalent qualification in finance or related areas (Banking, Economy, Management, Data Mining);
  • At least 1 year of experience in management of operational, credit or insurance risk;
  • Knowledge of European regulations about risk management and capital requirements for financial institutions;
  • Ease of work in MS Excel;
  • English language skills at a level that allows free communication and understanding of regulations;
  • Analytical skills, attention to details and very good organizational skills.
Optional
  • Knowledge one of the data warehouses language (SQL, 4GL or another) or willingness to know it;
  • Experience in discussion with Senior Management;
  • Experience in factoring products analysis.
