We have customers in the healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail, and energy domains.We hold top-level partnership statuses with all the major cloud providers and collaborate with many technology partners like AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Confluent, and others.IF YOU AREA Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in PythonSkilled AWS services, particularly in production contextsAn efficient troubleshooter under pressureComfortable working in containerized environments such as Docker and AWS ECSExperienced in triaging and resolving production issues and collaborating with multiple teams to maintain system stabilityAccustomed to setting up and improving monitoring and alerting systems, especially with CloudWatchAdept at best practices around incident management, debugging, and system reliabilityFamiliar with FastAPI, AWS Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, or Elasticsearch (as a strong plus)AND YOU WANT TOLead L3 support and stabilization efforts for two production-grade Python-based LLM applicationsContribute directly to feature development, code refactoring, and system reliability improvementsSet up and enhance monitoring and alerting using AWS CloudWatchWork closely with cross-functional engineering teams to monitor, debug, and optimize containerized solutions in a live AWS environmentBe part of a team of data-focused engineers dedicated to continuous learning, improvement, and daily knowledge-sharingWork with a cutting-edge technology stack, including services from major cloud providers that are at the forefront of innovation and may not yet be generally availableEngage with customers from diverse backgrounds, including large global corporations to emerging crypto startups preparing to launch their first productTOGETHER WE WILLAddress different business and technology challenges, engage in impactful projects, use top-notch technologies, and drive multiple initiatives as a part of the Center of ExcellenceSupport your technical and personal growth — we have a dedicated career plan for all roles in our companyInvestigate new technologies, build internal prototypes, and share knowledge with the SoftServe data communityUpskill with full access to Udemy learning coursesPass professional certifications, encouraged and covered by the companyAdopt best practices from experts while working in a team of top-notch engineers and architectsCollaborate with world-leading companies and attend professional eventsSoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
