  • Masz co najmniej 2-letnie doświadczenie jako Product Manager, a także doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zespołu. U nas Product Manager zarządza zarówno produktem, jak i ludźmi, więc szukamy osoby, która czuje się pewnie w tych obu rolach.
  • Twoje umiejętności komunikacyjne to Twój największy atut Umiesz komunikować się i skutecznie balansując oczekiwania zarządu i zespołu.
  • Posiadasz doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zespołem wytwarzającym oprogramowanie – od developerów, przez testerów, po product ownerów.
  • Znajomość technologii jest mile widziana – jeśli masz doświadczenie jako developer, będzie to dla nas dodatkowym atutem
  • Umiesz planować rozwój produktu na każdym etapie jego życia, koordynując prace zespołu, a także współpracując blisko z zespołem produktowym i zarządem.

Wyzwania:

  • Kreowanie pomysłów na nowe funkcjonalności,
  • Opracowanie szczegółowego planu rozwoju produktu na podstawie strategii, wizji i potrzeb organizacji,
  • Zarządzanie zespołem i koordynowanie pracy nad produktem na każdym etapie jego cyklu życia,
  • Dbanie o bliskość zespołu z kulturą organizacji,
  • Przeprowadzanie rozmów ewaluacyjnych z członkami zespołu,
  • Komunikacja i raportowanie wyników prac zespołu oraz postępów w rozwoju produktu.

Proces rekrutacji:

1. Przegląd zgłoszeń

2. 10-minutowy video screening na zoomie z wybranymi kandydatami - zamiast screeningu telefonicznego wolimy tę formę, bo wierzymy, że wtedy możemy lepiej poczuć, czy do siebie pasujemy
