We are currently seeking a Senior Murex Consultant to join an exciting project focused on implementing MxTest, Front Office, and Reporting modules, as well as enhancing Onyx (Murex automated non-regression tool). You will collaborate closely with the Back Office team and project management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Murex modules: MX Test, Back Office, Interfaces, and Reporting.

  • Support business teams during requirements gathering and testing phases.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation from design through to production deployment.

  • Coordinate across teams to ensure successful delivery of Murex functionalities.

Deliverables

  • Gather, write, and review client requirements for BO, interfaces, and reporting.

  • Prepare and validate design documentation with business stakeholders.

  • Develop test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Build and configure Murex BO, Interfaces, and Reporting modules.

  • Execute non-regression test cases using MxTest.

  • Contribute to test and go-live sign-off processes.

  • Provide support during UAT phases.

Technical Skills

Functional Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of Murex financial systems.

  • Strong understanding of Fixed Income, Money Markets, Interest Rate Swaps, Cross Currency Swaps, and FX derivatives.

  • Experience collaborating with Back Office, Middle Office, and Risk teams.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Murex in financial institutions.

  • Minimum 4 years in BO implementation.

  • Minimum 5 years in Reporting implementation.

  • Minimum 5 years in interfacing.

  • Minimum 4 years in MxTest non-regression testing.

Murex Configuration Skills:

  • Advanced expertise in BO and Reporting modules.

  • Strong experience with Onyx/MxTest implementation.

  • Proficiency in dynamic tables, trade lifecycle, simulation views, trade queries.

  • Knowledge of P&L, market value, risk figures, one-stop processing, and DataMart reporting.
