What will your essential responsibilities include?

· Performing Annual Due Diligence reviews - overseeing the operations of Coverholders as they relate to regulatory and legal compliance - reviews of legal documents, financial statements and other documents

· Performing quality check of the documentation, giving recommendations for trading based on the above analyses

· Assisting in the end-to-end financial review process of Coverholders across all geographies using their Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet

· Analyzing the bordereau reporting requirements for particular Coverholders based on the Lloyd's standards

· Liaising with Underwriters, Coverholders, and DUG Management

· Capturing data required for the process from various systems at Lloyd's

· Supporting and cooperating with internal and external parties for any questions / advice around the Due Diligence review process

· Analyzing information and documents so they meet all AXA XL and Lloyd's requirements

· Updating internal systems/trackers

· Helping to improve the Due Diligence processes

· Ad-hoc project involvement as required by DUG management

You will report to local Assistant Manager.

· Experience of corporate work

· Experience in supporting key stakeholders

· Financial background will be an asset

· Compelling analytical, logical and organizational skills, ability to multi task and to work on deadlines

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

· Proficient command of English, both written and spoken

· Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

· Looking to progress and take on new challenges, expected to undertake training/progressing through professional examinations
