- Monitor and track escalated cases.

- Foster a customer-focused culture within the team.
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- Experience in managing complex employee inquiries.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of employment laws and data privacy requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Core HR systems.
- Proficiency in English; preferred language capabilities: German, French, Dutch, Polish, Spanish, or Italian.
