Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining a clean Customer Ledger and meeting collection targets
  • Act as a Business Partner to OpCos, providing accurate data for effective collections
  • Collaborate with HGSS teams for efficient collection processes
  • Manage customer accounts ensuring high service levels
  • Identify and resolve held orders in line with credit policies
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide progress updates
  • Support continuous improvement projects in alignment with HEINEKEN's standards
  • Update Team Leader on collection progress
  • Drive personal development in Finance skills and business knowledge
  • Ensure adherence to process controls, policies, and suggest improvements
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Slovenian and English
  • Experience in Order to Cash/Customer Service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with SAP and Excel systems
  • Ability to handle resistance
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Order to Cash processes
  • Experience in a multi-national environment
