Location: Wroclaw or Warsaw (will not consider relocation or remote location)

We are seeking a creative and motivated Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive, engaging products that meet both the needs of our users and our business goals. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and refine products from conception through implementation.

Role & Responsibilities:

Design and iterate on product features across web and native desktop.Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to bring products to life.Stay informed on current industry trends and technologies, and how they can be incorporated into our design practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.3+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user experience, aesthetics, and product development.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and others.Proficiency in using high fidelity prototyping tools such Protopie and FigmaExcellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.Experience with user research and translating insights into design decisions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
An Ideal Candidate's Profile:
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.Experience in animations and 3D modelingExperience with user testing and validating design concepts.
