long-term employment in fast growing e-commerce global companyremote work with business travels to Warsaw/Wrocławbenefits that would be presented during recruitment processinteresting and challenging job positionzadaniatrack, monitor and provide assessment of strategic/policy issues and their implications to companiy's commercial interests in Polanddevelop and provide recommendations to senior management and relevant business units concerning political, policy and regulatory issuesidentify and map key policy stakeholders (including political office holders, government officials, regulators, international organizations, non-governmental organizations and industry associations)develop and drive engagement strategies to reach out and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen network of partnersformulate and execute advocacy plans to translate policy engagements into tangible commercial outcomes to secure market access and expansion efforts and to ensure the successful running of business operations in Polanddevelop and drive strategic communications plans in support of company's overall policy positioning and profilingorganize and manage meetings with external parties, including the preparation of briefing notes/presentations for senior management's referencelead in the planning, organization and management of networking platformsoczekujemydegree in International Relations, Political Science, Global Studies, Law, Economics, Communications or related fieldat least 8 years of working experience in government relations or public policyyou need to be located in Polandexperience in policy research, development and analysisstrong policy and regulatory network in Warsaw with a demonstrated ability to effectively and comfortably interact at the highest corporate/political levels to undertake advocacy workstrong network with local government offices in Wroclaw is a plusprior experience managing operational issues such as labour regulations and customs clearance would be a plus prior experience in e-commerce/marketplace sector would be advantageoustrack record of effectively solving complex issues and delivering strong results while maintaining the highest standardskeen interest to translate policy/regulatory engagements into tangible commercial outcomes.willingness to travel across Poland regularly, particularly between Warsaw and Wroclawstrong analytical, presentation (written and oral) and project management skillsproficiency in English and in Polishexcellent interpersonal skillsability to multi-task and have exceptional attention to detail while operating in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
