We are looking for you, if you:

Have around 5 years of experience as Project Manager (planning, managing and implementing projects), preferably in IT field.
International project-experience is a must have.
The candidate should demonstrate capability in planning, managing, and implementing complex projects.Are proficient in English and feel confident in presenting and reporting to a broader, diverse audience.Have excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Have fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility.Work independently and have structured way of working, combined with flexibility and organizational skills.Have ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and to cope with a rapidly changing environment.Have very good proficiency with MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel.


English level: C1

You'll get extra points for:

Experience with and understanding of IT Security topics.Demonstrated ability to influence, persuade and negotiate.Knowledge of meetings facilitation techniques.Degree/ training/ comparable qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.


Your responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors.Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective solutions.Travel - as required for project needs and stakeholder engagement.

Our squad provides end-to-end project management in IT security area. We follow Agile approach and mindset cooperating within whole ING Group.
