ABOUT THE ROLE

Supply Chain Manager/ Senior Manager SME leads the scope for a given supply chain area within IBP program and has top level accountability for the creation and adaptation of organization to the future process and solution design. This leader is a role model for representing Wella values. This leader is the champion of Supply Chain improvements planning organization. S/He owns and/or contributes significantly to the development of the documented Operating Strategy. S/He is responsible for talent development within the area, ensuring sufficient organizational capability to support the project and driving mastery within their planning organization. S/He is accountable for the overall execution of work processes within the supply chain organization. S/He is accountable for delivering projects' KPI's,

You will join the Global Supply Chain Planning Team, which plays a critical role in product delivery to Wella customers. We collaborate cross-functionally and influence optimal decisions on service, cost, cash, and innovation. We continuously evolve and elevate work process standards and daily operate in a multi-cultural context.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Lead Third-Party Manufacturing Planning and Production planning scope within IBP project
  2. Role model the culture and company values.
  3. Own organization health and ensure strategic communication within department.
  4. Lead and accelerate change in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Identify and implement improvements to drive efficiency and performance in the supply chain.
  6. Manage the stakeholders to deliver the projects' KPIs for the business and develop the organization.
  7. Create, contribute to and ensure compliance with the documented operating strategies.
  8. Provide leadership for delivering project's results for the supply chain and scope
  9. Provide coaching to the supply chain roles within their organization.
  10. Provide leadership to reduce/eliminate effort touches within their organization.
  11. Relentlessly drive operational excellence within the standard work processes.

MAIN TASKS:

  • Defines user stories - Gathers and documents business requirements clearly and concisely. This includes working with stakeholders to understand their needs and prioritising requirements.
  • Do current process mapping and fit / gap assesment vs global template
  • Participates in sprint planning and review meetings to provide input on the scope of work to be completed and to ensure that the development team clearly understands the requirements.
  • Works with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and with the development team to ensure the requirements are met.
  • Leads working groups to ensure proper change management execution within the scope.
  • Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the developed solution meets the defined requirements and is acceptable to the end users.
  • Responsible for End User Testing within Sprints to make sure developed functionality meets expectations.
  • Supports continuous improvement by providing feedback on the development process and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Documents the data requirements, data mapping, data preparation, and data modelling activities to ensure that the product team clearly understands the source systems, data elements, and relationships between data entities.
  • Responsible for preparing the data for analysis by ensuring that the data is accurate, complete, and consistent. This may involve cleaning the data, resolving data quality issues, and transforming the data into a suitable format for analysis.
  • Training end Users and creation of needed documentation.
  • Leadership over preparing new process and functional documentation

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

  1. Master degree or higher (logistic, economy or production)
  2. 3 years of experience in supply chain preferably in third party manufacturing/in-house production planning
  3. Practical knowledge of planning in SAP/JDA
  4. Robust leadership skills
  5. High impact communication skills
  6. Great cooperation and negotiation skills
  7. Analitical thinking
  8. Discipline and attention to details
