Project Coordinator in Analytical Solutions Team

What can you expect?

The Analytical Solutions Team (AST) is responsible for preparing customized reports for Mercer clients ensuring the required standards of quality and timeliness. Team supports Mercer clients and consultants across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. We are looking for a new member of the team who would nurture the relationship between AST and Mercer market consultants with the aim to best serve Mercer clients. You would also support development of AST products.

We will count on you to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for Mercer consultants in EMEA region
  • Requests management - confirmation of projects scope of work, providing price and timeline estimations for incoming requests and support for client proposals
  • Advise on Mercer products that best fit the requirement in one of the areas: rewards, mobility, benefits
  • Act as a partner to Mercer consultants, providing necessary guidelines and training on the portfolio of products
  • Project management or support of AST initiatives that increase stakeholders' satisfaction
  • Plan team workflow
  • Report team's KPIs, metrics, prepare utilization and finance reports
  • Manage content of team's Share Point site

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in the area of client services, consulting, shared services or BPOs
  • Fluent (at least C1) written and spoken English (Polish is not required)
  • Experience in managing internal client relationship in a multinational environment
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills and ability to manage expectations when communicating with people at various levels in the organization
  • Very good working knowledge in compensation, benefits, or mobility
  • Very strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills, ability to work well under time pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general technology literacy
