Junior Specialist in Client Solutions Team

Client Solutions Specialist role is based in our Warsaw office in the Client Solutions Team - CST, which is a truly unique place. In this role you'll have a chance to develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with Mercer's clients and consultants in the compensation & benefits area.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of membership clients from DACH region
  • Processing client queries and act as first point of contact for Mercer membership clients
  • Providing advanced/proficient support in terms of data analysis/interpretation to clients
  • Advising international clients on Mercer products, services and methodology
  • Contacting membership clients during the survey cycle to request for compensation and benefits data
  • Providing sales support to consultants (sales presentations, product information, and other ad hoc market requests)

Our requirements:

  • 1-2 year experience in a comp & ben and/or customer support environment (can be on the basis of internships)
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1+ minimum)
  • Knowledge of German language (nice to have)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, assuming ownership of tasks and taking proactive approach to work
  • Proficient communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively across different levels of the organization (internally and externally)
  • Analytical skills and a good understanding of statistics
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of advanced functions would be desirable
  • Availability for a full-time position (Monday-Friday, flexible 8-10 a.m. – 4-6 p.m.)
