Job Opportunity:

Mercer Services Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a talented Junior Analyst in Analytical Solutions Team to join our Warsaw office.

About the Role:

The Analytical Solutions Team (AST) is responsible for delivering high-quality statistical reports to Mercer clients across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. As a Junior Analyst, you will work closely with colleagues to prepare customized reports, build and maintain Excel templates, and participate in HR-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare data analyses and reports for Mercer consultants and clients
  • Develop and maintain Excel templates and tools
  • Participate in HR-related projects, including compensation and benefits analyses
  • Peer-review colleagues' analyses and reports
  • Ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Mercer consultants

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
  • Good communication skills in English (level B2+ minimum)
  • Experience in Excel and strong general computer literacy
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of statistics
  • Ability to interpret data and present it in an understandable format
  • Ability to work well under time pressure in a fast-paced environment
