Job Summary:

Mercer Services Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Analytical Solutions Team in Warsaw.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing customized statistical reports for Mercer clients, ensuring high standards of quality and timeliness. They will work closely with colleagues across geographies in a global environment, supporting Mercer clients and consultants across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare data analyses and customized reports in the area of compensation, benefits, and global mobility for Mercer consultants and clients.
  • Build and maintain Excel templates and tools, both internal and external.
  • Participate in HR-related projects, including compensation and benefits analyses, cost of living, and quality of living analyses.
  • Peer-review colleagues' analyses and reports.
  • Ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with Mercer consultants.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Good communication skills in English (level B2+ minimum).
  • Experience in Excel (pivots, vlookups, formulas) and strong general computer literacy.
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of statistics, ability to navigate various data environments, close attention to details.
  • Ability to interpret data and present it in an understandable format for non-technical colleagues or clients.
  • Ability to work well under time pressure in a fast-paced, flexible, and remote environment.
