Job Description

As a Junior Client Solution Architect at NielsenIQ, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. This client-facing role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to translate business expectations into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their operational needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client projects, meeting quality and timeline expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve client outcomes and drive business success.
  • Contribute to the development of operational processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business expectations into technical specifications.
  • Project management experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
