Job Title: Senior Client Solutions Architect

At NielsenIQ, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for owning the operational design of our client offering, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients while maintaining a sustainable market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client expectations into operational requirements and coordinate production teams to ensure high-quality data delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and commercial teams to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Drive discussions on specifications limitations and technical possibilities with clients.
  • Support business growth by introducing clients to innovations and improvements for their databases.
  • Suggest proactive solutions to clients for simpler, more enduring, and cost-efficient care of their databases and reports.
  • Coordinate and ensure support on client questions regarding data quality and provide information on implementation status.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in working with corporate clients.
  • Confident and enthusiastic individual able to manage a varied and unpredictable workload in autonomy.
  • Fluent communication in English.
  • Ability to understand operational end-to-end processes and translate business expectations into technical specifications.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and understanding of market data is an asset.
  • Project Management Experience is an asset.
