Your Role at NTT DATA
You will join the exclusive CX DreamTeam at NTT DATA Poland and collaborate with experts from various disciplines to execute CX strategy. You will consult with clients and collaborate with the CX DreamTeam to develop transformative designs and architectural visions for complex solutions addressing client needs, primarily within the Genesys Cloud CX ecosystem. You will provide multi-technology consulting services encompassing all aspects of application software, infrastructure, and related technology components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop solution architectures that contribute to designing solutions in specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas.
  • Evaluate architectures to identify and compare alternative approaches, considering cost, performance, and scalability trade-offs.
  • Create solution specifications that produce detailed specifications for cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers, and interfaces, using selected services and products.
  • Support project execution by preparing technical plans and applying design principles that comply with enterprise and solution architecture standards, supporting change programs or projects.
  • Manage client requirements by taking responsibility for understanding client needs, gathering data, delivering analysis, and resolving problems.
  • Track technology trends by monitoring the external environment to stay informed about emerging technologies.
  • Communicate knowledge by creating reports and technology roadmaps, sharing knowledge and insights with others.
  • Design solution components by designing components using appropriate modeling techniques, following agreed-upon architectures, design standards, patterns, and methodologies.
  • Consider stakeholder needs by creating multiple design views to address the concerns of different stakeholders and handle both functional and non-functional requirements, including proof-of-concept (POC) development.
  • Maintain design quality by reviewing, verifying, and improving own designs to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Contribute to service development by providing knowledge and contributing to the development of new go-to-market services relevant to specific industries (verticals).
  • Operate across domains by working across both technical and business domains within the enterprise architecture and value chain to develop holistic and integrated solutions.

Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of multi-vendor service integrations, cross-functional software, operating systems (OSes), and infrastructure designs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of how specific infrastructures and application software are deployed according to relevant methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to develop and leverage knowledge of reference architectures.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date on trends and developments in technology domains.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
  • Qualification in Information Technology or Information Systems.
  • Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT).
  • SAFe Scaled Agile certification (advantageous).

Required Experience:
  • Seasoned experience in technical, IT, or operations within a large-scale (preferably multinational) technology services environment, particularly in software development, application support, and infrastructure support.
  • Project or program management experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong client engagement and consulting experience, with expertise in client needs assessment and change management.
  • Experience integrating solutions with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
