Role Overview:

As a Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Architect, you will engage with clients to architect and develop robust cloud infrastructures and landing zones tailored to their needs. Your expertise will guide the creation of comprehensive infrastructure architectures and detailed technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement Cloud-based infrastructures.
  • Develop and present strategies for infrastructure modernization to executive leadership.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor and authority on cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure secure foundational implementations in the cloud environment.
  • Automate the provisioning of both infrastructure and applications.
  • Architect cloud-ready applications to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deliver complete cloud-based infrastructure management solutions.
  • Improve client infrastructure operations through enhanced monitoring, logging, and observability.
  • Define and enforce cloud infrastructure governance and deployment standards.
  • Provide support for technical pre-sales activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Delivery Management team to ensure project success.
  • Mentor and tutor team members to foster their professional growth.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in architecting and implementing Landing Zones.
  • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development, particularly with Terraform.
  • Solid background in virtualization technologies, including servers, storage, and networks.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and its infrastructure capabilities.
  • Experience in networking, identity management, and virtualization.
  • Familiarity with Data Centre exit strategies.
  • Relevant GCP certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to articulate complex technological concepts to a CxO audience.
  • Experience in conducting technical demonstrations and leading workshops.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Approachable demeanor with a passion for mentoring others.
