Job Overview

As our Value Stream Manager will assess, guide, and monitor the production in manufacturing site of TE Connectivity in Szczecin, BU Energy, for variety of products and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • · Driving for the results by monitoring and guiding production operations team of 200+ employees
  • · Ensure operational capabilities (skills and production capacity) are aligned with the long-term strategy to meet future product demand.
  • · Ad-hoc intervention to support factory and vendors in response to abnormal demands, capacity bottlenecks, stock-outs, supply shortages, and logistics challenges.
  • · Leadership to people and continuous improvement initiatives to identify and remove quality and productivity barriers for production.
  • · Lead activities with all key stakeholders, to develop a long-term strategy that will simplify the value stream.
  • · Actively interacts with all stakeholders: Planning, Quality, Engineering, PMs, Sales & Customer Demand to maintain an active support team.
  • · Report out to management periodically as defined in the Plan
What your background should look like:
  • · Bachelor's degree in engineering/supply chain or equivalent experience
  • · 5 years of overall experience with Value Stream Mapping within Manufacturing management
  • · Polish and English language skills.
  • · Skilled in Value Stream Mapping in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Lean and Logistics
  • · Leadership - requires the ability to lead, coach, negotiate, take charge, and collaboratively manage others, in a fast-moving and challenging environment.
  • · Strong Project Management & Communication Skills
  • · Experience in delivering presentations to Top Management
  • · Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful, with the ability to communicate clearly.
  • · Knowledge of Injection moulding is a plus.
