Strategic Project Manager


Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Tworzenie i wdrażanie strategii projektowych, które wspierają cele organizacji
  • Wspieranie zespołów projektowych z różnych działów i nadzór nad ich wynikami
  • Wspieranie zarządu w realizacji strategii i kluczowych decyzji związanych z organizacją
  • Identyfikowanie i minimalizowanie ryzyk oraz problemów w celu zapewnienia pomyślnego zakończenia projektów
  • Współpraca klientami w celu zebrania wymagań projektowych i zapewnienia, że są one zgodne z celami
  • Monitorowanie postępów projektów i informowanie kluczowych osób o ich aktualnym etapie
  • Zarządzanie budżetami projektów i alokacją zasobów
  • Promowanie kultury współpracy i pracy zespołowej wśród członków zespołów projektowych
  • Udoskonalanie procesów i metod zarządzania projektami

Wymagania pracodawcy

  • 5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami lub podobnej roli
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2
  • Udokumentowane sukcesy w zarządzaniu i realizacji projektów
  • Silne umiejętności przywódcze i interpersonalne, umiejętność efektywnej pracy z zespołami z różnych działów
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i prezentacyjne
  • Silne zdolności analityczne i rozwiązywania problemów
  • Ukończone studia licencjackie na kierunku związanym lub pokrewnym z zarządzaniem projektami (np. Zarządzanie, Administracja, Business Management)
  • Znajomość j. niemieckiego
