Your responsibilities:

  • Daily work with Logistic Cost Management System on freight audit, discrepancy settlements, invoice approval.
  • Analyze freight invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies and contracts.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between freight charges and contracted rates.
  • Support activity to ensure billing information is correct prior to freight booking.
  • Work closely with the finance, freight forwarders and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of freight payments.
  • Deliver high quality service to mainly internal customers and support of LCT's core activities.
  • Generate and analyze reports on freight costs and trends to support budgeting and cost-saving initiatives

Our expectations:

  • Experience in invoicing process and audit in terms of freight
  • 3-5 years of professional experience – preferably in a similar role within international business, financial process experience
  • Knowledge of Order to Cash process in transportation
  • Knowledge of Dispute process for Quantity, Pricing, Tax and Master Data Disputes
  • B2 Level in English – spoken and written
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills and accuracy, problem solving skills
  • Experience in usage of different IT systems (ERP, TMS or similar)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
