Executive Assistant

Location: Wroclaw, Poland

This position plays a key role in providing personalized support to senior leaders within AXA XL ESS Poland, particularly to the Center Head. It involves a range of administrative tasks, requiring autonomy, initiative, and efficiency to drive the business area forward.

The ability to predict needs, solve problems, and maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion is essential in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Center Head's schedule, including travel and expenses.
  • Assisting other senior leaders with travel arrangements.
  • Organizing and documenting key meetings.
  • Handling PO/invoice processes.
  • Coordinating communication and presentations.
  • Arranging stakeholder visits and events.
  • Administering recognition initiatives.
  • Supporting L&D activities.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects.
  • Supervising tasks for supporting interns.

You will directly report to the Head of Poland Shared Services Center.
