The Role

Imperial Brands- an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 26,000 employees is looking for a Corporate Product Master Data Lead within their GSC hub in Warsaw. Person in the role will have an opportunity to act as Product Master Data interface between Product Initiator, Markets, Product Specialists and PCC, drive improvement projects with key stakeholders, and lead a team of Product Master Data experts.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Leading a team of Product Master Data experts being responsible for managing the Corporate Product Master Data in PLM and SAP
  • Ensure the creation, maintenance, and communication of Corporate Product Master Data in PLM and SAP according to the IMB brand hierarchy and agreed standards
  • Assuring a frictionless and ongoing Central Product Master Data maintenance as basis for Planning, Group Reporting, Product Development, etc.
  • Analysis and review of Project Initiation Documents in terms of product related information, attributes, and values. Assuring product updates accordant Change Requests
  • Acting as Product Master Data interface between Product Initiator, Markets, Product Specialists and Project Coordination
  • Support of projects in the Product Master Data area

Skills and Experience Required

.

  • A very good level of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably FMCG industry
  • Excellent understanding of data structures, master data processes and its added value to the Group
  • Systems savvy (PLM, MDM) & logical thinking
  • Proven skills and experience in managing and developing teams and individuals
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
