Brand Associate

Cel stanowiska:

Rola Brand Associate skupia się na długoterminowym planowaniu specjalnych ofert kierowanych do konsumentów. Osoba na tym stanowisku odpowiada za koordynację realizacji specjalnych ofert we wszystkich punktach styku z konsumentem, a także współpracę z zewnętrznymi dostawcami w celu przygotowania i wdrożenia tych ofert. Ta osoba monitoruje i analizuje oferty konkurencji we wszystkich kanałach, a na tej podstawie przygotowuje rekomendacje. Współpracuje ściśle z różnymi działami, aby zapewnić spójność i płynną współpracę. Dodatkowo, wspiera RRP Brand Managera w codziennych obowiązkach i działaniach.

Czym się będziesz zajmować?

  • Monitorowaniem, analizowaniem i koordynowaniem specjalnych ofert kierowanych do konsumentów we wszystkich punktach styku
  • Współpraca z innymi działami (Digital, Consumer Activation, Commercial Planning, Legal, C&A), a także z zewnętrznymi dostawcami i partnerami biznesowymi, aby dostarczyć wszystkie zaplanowane specjalne oferty
  • Monitorowaniem działań konkurencji w zakresie specjalnych ofert, przygotowywaniem analiz i wyciąganiem wniosków mających zastosowanie w strategii ofert specjalnych
  • Regularnym przygotowywaniem wyników i podsumowań specjalnych ofert oraz udostępnianiem ich kluczowym interesariuszom wewnętrznym
  • Ściśła współpracą z Brand Managerem w celu wsparcia go w codziennej pracy w przygotowywaniu prezentacji cyklowych, komunikacji wewnętrznej i aktywacji, we współpracy z agencjami zewnętrznymi)

Będzie Ci łatwiej realizować powyższe zadania, jeśli posiadasz:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: Biznes, Marketing, Ekonomia i/lub Nauki Społeczne
  • Podstawową wiedzę z zakresu zasad marketingu i najlepszych praktyk
  • Przynajmniej 1 rok doświadczenia w dziedzinie marketingu, najlepiej w branży FMCG (mile widziane w branży tytoniowej)
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację (min. B2)
  • Bardzo dobrą znajomość pakietu MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole
  • Doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne i zdolność skutecznej komunikacji
