WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WITH

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in areas involving analytical skills, tool/model creation, and data modeling (e.g., supply chain analytics, optimization, planning)
  • Strong conceptual thinking and technical skills in advanced MS Excel, Access, Power BI, and other technologies
  • Experience in developing and maintaining models using advanced analytics and optimization techniques (a plus in supply chain or capacity planning)
  • Skilled in conducting scenario analysis, providing insights, and recommendations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement
  • Business communication proficiency in English

As a Senior Analyst in the central scenario planning team under Supply Chain Planning, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining supply chain models, executing scenario analysis, and offering insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. Your technical expertise will help in designing, automating, and enhancing processes and tools to ensure efficiency and innovation in supply chain operations. This role provides a rare chance to shape the future of our supply chain and is ideal for someone forward-thinking and proactive.

  • Develop and maintain supply chain models using advanced analytics and optimization techniques
  • Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate impacts on supply chain performance and costs
  • Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and co-create innovative solutions
  • Automate and improve existing processes and tools using various technologies
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of digital solutions for scenario planning
  • Communicate analytical results clearly to different audiences
