Dla jednego z naszych klientów, z branży medycznej, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko: Reimbursement Specialist
Lokalizacja: Warszawa
Praca hybrydowa

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Realizacja recept i zamówień na refundowane produkty medyczne
  • Weryfikacja poprawności dokumentów zwrotów i wprowadzanie ich do systemu
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentów dla PCPR
  • Sporządzanie raportów z realizacji recept i zamówień
  • Wyjaśnianie zwrotów przesyłek
  • Wystawianie dokumentów księgowych
  • Monitorowanie stanów magazynowych i ich uzupełnianie
  • Monitorowanie terminów ważności towarów
  • Ścisła współpraca z działem DtC, Działem NHF oraz magazynem
  • Archiwizacja przetworzonych danych rozliczeniowych
  • Raportowanie do NHF informacji o osobach otrzymujących zaopatrzenie

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe w następujących dziedzinach: fizjoterapia (potwierdzenie z KIF), technik farmaceutyczny, technik ortopedyczny, inżynieria biomedyczna, pielęgniarstwo lub osoba z certyfikatem potwierdzającym nabycie kwalifikacji rynkowej "Zaopatrywanie w wyroby medyczne produkowane seryjnie w sklepach"
  • Minimum rok doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym
