Requirements:

  • Good command of German and English(at least B2)
  • 1 year of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Order Management/Logistics/Customer Service
  • Customer orientation and proactive approach
  • Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
  • Problem solving and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Team player
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Processing the order confirmations
  • Processing orders in Jaggaer system
  • Expediting
  • Checking and prioritizing the delivery dates with suppliers
  • Blocked invoice resolution
  • Info records update
  • Daily contact with suppliers and Client
