Opis stanowiska Jako National Customs Manager będziesz odpowiedzialny/odpowiedzialna za kierowanie operacjami w dziale Customs w Kuehne+Nagel, zapewniając zgodność z przepisami oraz rozwój strategii w tym obszarze. Będziesz raportować bezpośrednio do Manadżera krajowego i zarządzać doświadczonym zespołem, dbając o ich ciągły rozwój. Twoim głównym celem będzie zapewnienie doskonałości operacyjnej i handlowej w zakresie usług celnych współpracując zarówno z zespołem wewnętrznym, jak i klientami, aby osiągnąć oczekiwane cele biznesowe. Zadania i obowiązki
  • Tworzenie i realizacja krajowej oraz korporacyjnej strategii rozwoju działu Customs
  • Identyfikacja i pozyskiwanie nowego biznesu, wsparcie, consulting i współpraca z klientami Kuehne+Nagel.
  • Prowadzenie i motywowanie zespołu Customs do osiągnięcia zdefiniowanych celów i wskaźników wydajności.
  • Utrzymywanie wysokiego poziomu nadzoru nad operacjami celnymi w logistyce lotniczej, drogowej, morskiej oraz kontraktowej
  • Zarządzanie produktem Customs w ścisłej współpracy z menadżerami wszystkich jednostek biznesowych
  • Nadzór nad prawidłowym procesem w dziale Customs zgodnie z przepisami celnymi, korporacyjnymi i międzynarodowymi wytycznymi dotyczącymi Kontroli Handlu.
  • Kierowanie projektami oraz ciągłe doskonalenie i optymalizacja procesów pracy w celu zwiększenia produktywności.
  • Kontrola bieżących wyników działu Customs.
Wymagane doświadczenie
  • Minimum 3-5 doświadczenie w pracy na stanowisku kierowniczym w branży usług celnych, w tym zarządzanie P&L działu
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem i motywowania pracowników do osiągania wyznaczonych celów.
  • Samodzielne rozwiązywanie problemów.
  • Umiejętności projektowe, analityczne i zarządzania czasem.
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Znajomość programów Excel, Word i PowerPoint.
  • Zorientowanie na klienta, nastawienie na rozwój i rozwój biznesu.
  • Gotowość do wyjazdów służbowych.
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B
