Description

  • Managing incoming payments
  • Communicating with customers to verify payment details
  • Reviewing recipient accounts and preparing payment orders
  • Maintaining and updating customer records
  • Confirming balances with contractors according to the schedule
  • Issuing sales invoices in compliance with market standards
  • Analyzing past due invoices
  • Managing bad debts and long-term receivables
  • Clearing intercompany transactions
  • Adjusting contractors' credit limits
  • Preparing and analyzing reports
  • Updating procedures related to the OTC area
  • Providing job-related support to team members

Profile

  • At least Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Fluency in German and English for business purposes (minimum B2 level)
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (especially SAP)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
  • Strong analytical abilities with a talent for organizing and analyzing data
  • Excellent communication skills with a good understanding of intercultural interactions
  • Experience in the SSC/BPO environment
