At Capco, we're seeking a seasoned risk professional to join our dynamic team as a Finance Risk Consultant. This role involves conducting comprehensive credit risk assessments for individual clients and corporate entities.

Our ideal candidate will be proficient in either German or French (B2 level) and will engage with stakeholders in these languages regularly.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and optimize credit risk models. They will communicate findings and recommendations effectively in German or French to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive credit risk assessments for individual clients and corporate entities.
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial statements, identifying potential risks and ensuring compliance with internal credit policies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and optimize credit risk models.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations effectively in German or French to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of credit risk management strategies.

Requirements include:

  • 2-3 years of experience in credit risk analysis within a financial institution or similar environment.
  • Fluency in German or French (B2 level) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit risk evaluation methods, and regulatory requirements.
