Job Title: Business Consultant - Regulatory Advisor

Capco, a leading global technology and management consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant with expertise in Regulatory Advisory to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including PSD3 and payments-related regulations, and be able to provide expert guidance to clients to ensure compliance with industry standards.

This role involves working on regulatory advisory and implementation projects, collaborating with internal and client-side teams, and independently managing workstreams.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory concepts in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regulatory advisory services to clients, including PSD3 and payments-related regulations
  • Participate in regulatory advisory and implementation projects related to payments, open finance, and other areas
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to clearly communicate complex regulatory information and offer solutions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of projects, including gap analysis, reports, and presentations

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in the financial services sector or as an advisor to this industry
  • Familiarity with PSD2/PSD3, other relevant regulations, open banking, or payments is a plus
  • Strong understanding of legal concepts related to financial sector regulations, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new regulatory developments
  • Proven ability to convey complex regulatory concepts in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience working collaboratively in teams and engaging directly with clients to ensure successful project delivery
