Key Account Specialist eCommerce – Graduate Development Programme (GDP)

Warsaw, Poland

As a Graduate, you will have a chance to join a fast-track 18-24 months (full-time), cross-function program for young talents with regional cooperation and dedicated regional development plan, having the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the world's most leading consumer products. It will enable you to gain an extensive view of the business and speed up your career

During the program, you will go through at least 2 rotations within the business functions/team, starting at eCommerce team.

Your responsibilities

During 1st rotation, you'll:

  • Be responsible for co-leading e-commerce business
  • Learn how to build long-term relationships, manage, develop and execute strategy which should led to category growth
  • Manage your categories in one of our key retailers
The experience & skills we're looking for
  • University undergrads/graduates who have recently completed a degree or will complete their degree in 2024
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Very good knowledge of English & Polish (speaking and writing)
  • Ability to work in full-time
  • Leadership potential, high interpersonal skills and strong passion for sales
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Preferably already bringing some experience (internship, student organization, etc.)
  • Ideally internationally mobile
