Senior Category Analyst 3PP/3PM, Poznan

Role overview

Part of Carlsberg's sales in WE come from Third Party Products (3PP), such as Pepsi, Guinness, Schweppes, or Coca-Cola; to support the 3PP Team (based both in Poznan and in Switzerland) we require a specialist to lead reporting for strategically important suppliers (internally and externally). We have built robust data analytics already; however, the fast-changing environment requires us to maintain and develop our reports further. The role also covers the area of Third-party manufacturing (3PM) when Carlsberg uses the capacities/capabilities of independent manufacturers to enhance its portfolio needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering 'right-first-time, on time' reporting to stakeholders, ahead of contractual and business-critical timescales, thus supporting the monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc business cycle and enabling the business to operate effectively
  • Performing analytical checks on data extracts from BI to ensure data integrity issues are promptly identified and communicated to IT for resolution
  • Handling claim process with 3PP partners
  • Supporting contract negotiations, and team presentations by providing materials and analytics
  • Becoming a Subject-Matter-Expert in BI Reporting, and providing ad-hoc basic training, technical support, and guidance to other users in the business
  • Taking part in or leading projects with external partners

What we're looking for someone who:

  • Is independent, open-minded, and has a proactive personality
  • Is an Expert in MS Excel. SAP, PPT
  • Is analytically strong
  • Has proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Has the ability to manage/communicate with internal customers and external partners
