Finance team is an important part of every business. But not at Revolut – the global FinTech leans on its Finance team.

Internal accounting? Yeah, that's good for a start. Supporting all areas of the company and assessing financial implications from various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities — this is what those peeps do all day long ?

We're looking for a highly motivated ALM Treasury Manager who can help build up our European banking operations with support from the Group Treasury team ?

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building out the framework required to effectively measure,
  • Monitoring, and managing the Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) and other banking book exposures such as Foreign Exchange (FX)
  • Implementing a Funds Transfer Process (FTP) mechanism to reward deposit generation and charge the marginal cost of funding to new asset origination
  • Analysing the drivers of the NIM and developing approaches that can help stabilise future earnings
  • Helping to draft and enforce the ALM policies and standards covering aspects such as IRRBB and FTP
  • Providing input into the ILAAP and ICAAP process as it pertains to ALM requirements
  • Acting a Subject Matter Expert on ALM matters with business
  • Interacting with the Technology teams to help drive improvements in the ALM process, e.g. automation, generating real-time data, and enhancing Management Information (MI)
  • Preparing and presenting ALM-MI to the Asset & Liability Committee (ALCO)

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of treasury management experience
  • Technical knowledge of SQL and Python
  • A structural and logical approach to solving problems
  • Strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
  • Experience within a fast-growing organisation
  • A high motivation and a focus on delivery
