Job Description:

Arrow has an exciting new opening on its Global SOX team. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Internal Audit Analyst. Collaborating closely with our accounting and audit teams, you will have the chance to advance your career while assisting the organization in implementing best practices, fostering innovation, and upholding a strong commitment to customer service and safety.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to forge solid relationships with stakeholders, and technical expertise in internal controls and SOX.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identify, document, test, and resolve potential risk areas and assist in maintaining the internal controls environment.
  • Partner with control owners and external auditors for the examination of the company's internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Contribute to cross-functional teams on accounting/finance special projects involving understanding business operations, processes, root cause analysis, and solution development.
  • Stay updated on and document SOX compliance rules and regulations.
  • Organize compliance project documentation in accordance with internal retention policies.

What You'll Need:

  • An accounting degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent documentation abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels and build relationships.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously.
