RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works closely with the Digitalizaiton team of Poland
  • Delivers and maintains digitalization projects assigned by Team Leader Digitalization Poland and Guild leaders of assigned guilds
  • Actively pursues digitalization activities focusing on increase of efficiency and or business growth
  • Single Point of Contact towards Digital Divisional Officers, synchronizing local digital activities
  • New Demand Request Coordination – Business Case Validation & Preliminary Assessment with CE Guilds Leaders
  • Initiating Digitalization driven advancement of business processes and consulting business partners in process development regarding Digitalization support

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Power Apps / Power Automate / Power Query / VBA / Power BI background
  • Python / UI Path / (or alternative programming language)
  • Support towards Bespoke & RPA community with tailor made apps
  • IS Service Desk 2nd Level within General IT Area ensuring users workplace continuity
  • Incident management & ticket monitoring
  • Complaint management & escalations
  • Assets management
