Business Transformation Services (BTS) serves as the strategic consulting arm of SAP, aiding clients in maximizing the advantages of technology and digitization in their operations. We are dedicated to conceptualizing innovative business solutions, creating strategies, and converting innovative concepts into tangible business outcomes. Responsibilities

At BTS, we serve as trusted consultants, assisting our clients with their transformation initiatives from both a business and IT perspective. As a team, we aid clients in various industries, including the public sector, in addressing their most critical digitalization challenges. By collaborating with a diverse group of experts in a dynamic environment of motivated and seasoned colleagues, you play a pivotal role in enhancing customer value by:

  • Developing and implementing business processes and IT strategies for digital transformation
  • Evaluating investment decisions through value assessments and business case analyses
  • Designing suitable SAP cloud platform and application architecture, followed by transformation roadmaps in close cooperation with process and solution specialists
  • Guiding large-scale customer transformation processes as a transformation manager

We are on the lookout for a seasoned SAP generalist to serve as the primary point of contact for Business Transformation Services in our Polish division, focusing on the local market as part of a regional team.

Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with a consultancy mindset, possessing extensive industry, process, and SAP product and architecture expertise gained in an international setting to advise decision-makers and function as transformation advisors. As a BTS consultant, you will guide customers on developing and executing business processes and IT strategies for digital transformation.

Proficiency in both Polish and English is mandatory.

In addition to broad SAP product and architecture knowledge, you should possess a sound understanding of industry and IT trends, as well as business and processes. Additionally, you should have:

  • Vital experience in SAP implementation
  • Proven experience in self-managed project work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • The ability to think conceptually while delivering quality outcomes
  • Adaptability and the capacity to thrive in a new environment conducive to rapid growth
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of designing and delivering impactful presentations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in inspiring teams and leading discussions
  • A proactive attitude
