Conduent is developing a brand-new Customer Engagement Center for a world-famous automotive brand specialized in electric vehicles and EV Mobility.
We are looking for Spanish speaking people passionate about providing support in After Sales as well as customer engagement.

- A full-time contract,

- The training will be approximately 4 weeks, from Monday till Friday from 9.00 AM till 5.15 PM,

What is important in your job:
- Assesses calls to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution,
- Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case,
- Performs routine call center activities concerning business products and services,
- Uses standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision, to meet SLAs,
- Provides customers with information that is specialized and communicated in a warm empathetic manner,
- Gathers all necessary information to update the database,
- Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns,
- Explains company policies to customers,
- Performs other duties as assigned,
- Complies with all policies and standards.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Willingness to interact with clients, provide them with excellent customer experience resulting in a long-term business relationship,
- Understanding of the importance of accuracy and quality in customer interactions,
- C2/C1 level of Spanish language – the assessment of the Spanish language is conducted by an external vendor,
- After training period working hours are flexible: based on shifts between 7.00AM and 11.00PM, from Monday to Sunday and be open to work outside normal hours between 11:00PM-7:15AM for Roadside Assistance,
- Target orientation and at least 1 year of work experience in sales.
